SHOPPING INFORMATION

By default regular delivery by airmail costs $9.45, to anywhere in the world. Please contact us for expedited shipping quotes, as these differ according to package weight, size and your location.

Shipping times to USA and especially Canada are at least 2 weeks (we are on the other side of the world) – once we ship your order it is out of our hands and we cannot influence it in any way to go faster or to other address, so please double check if your address is correct and you have enough time if you are chasing a deadline!
 
In Europe your order will reach you in 1-2 weeks depending on situation with post office in your country.

Each order has 1-3 working days processing time. This is the time we need to prepare your order – make flatdrawings, cut wood, and safely package it. After 1-3 days your order will be shipped and you will receive email with your tracking details.

We prepare tax invoice for every and each order. Please contact us if you need it.

Yes, please contact us for quote stating your location (zip code) and amount of items you want to buy. Depending on your location, expedited delivery can cost from $15 to $60 extra.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept PayPal and most popular credit cards, which are are processed through Stripe payment. Your payment is safe – we use Stripe service for payments. The payment methods and cards are stored securely in Stripe’s vault and never in our servers.

A wishlist allows shoppers to create personalized collections of products they want to buy and save them in their user account for future reference.

We like to make sure that all our customers are happy with both the products and the service they receive. If for any reason you are not, then please get in touch so we can resolve the problem.

Items that arrived damaged in the post will be recut. We do however ask that you contact us within 24 hours of the delivery being received to report the damages and also send us 3 photos:

  •  One of the damaged item/s
  • One of the exterior packaging when it arrived
  • One of the interior packaging

If items are missing from your order, again we are happy to recut these for you providing that you notify us of the missing item/s within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Please note that orders can be manufactured as fast as 6 hours after your order, so if you changed you mind, please let us know as fast as we can, because once order is shipped, we cannot recall it.

All our items are made to order (we do not keep stock) and considered as custom made items, so they cannot be returned.

However we still accept returns for most popular products, so please contact us to find out if this item is returnable.
